AV Guidelines for Sunday mornings.
Under normal circumstances an audio visual system will operate for the 10.30 services.
Hymns (preferably in order) and any additional material required for projection to be submitted by 6pm on the Wednesday prior to the Sunday service.
Hymns from Singing the Faith and Methodist Worship Book material will normally be displayed as a matter of course. Hymns/Song from other sources may be available upon request.
Any item submitted late will be displayed at the discretion of the AV Operator.
If items from the internet are required, (eg You Tube clips etc.) the clip should be downloaded and presented as multimedia clip, either emailed along with the hymns or brought on a memory stick.
If the latter, it cannot be 100% guaranteed that it will play.
Internet links will not be accepted and nothing will be displayed live from the internet.
